First of all, you need to make sugar syrup. To do this, mix sugar, water and a little food coloring, adding 2 drops of food vinegar.

Pour the resulting mixture into a pan, then bring it to a boil over low heat. Do not forget to constantly stir!

Remove the pan from the heat, and then wait for the syrup to cool slightly. Reheat pan.

This procedure must be repeated 5 times. Your syrup should acquire a brown color with a golden hue, to become viscous. Make sure that it does not burn.

Dip the plug in hot syrup, and then move it around the holders, wrapping sugar threads around them until a layer of cotton candy appears. Seal the sugar layer with your hand if it is too loose for you.
