Make a water shutter. Drill a hole in the plug or cap to fit the size of the tube. The tube can be taken from a dropper. To keep the tap well, cover it with plasticine. Lower the other end of the tube into a water bottle.

Put the bottle in a cool place for a long fermentation. After a month, strain the finished apple cider.

Useful advice

To give a specific aroma, lemon juice or zest is added to the apple juice during fermentation.
