Instruction manual

1

We pull the oil out of the refrigerator in advance, so that by the time it starts to cook it has already become soft. We put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.

2

Make a vanilla layer. Break eggs into a deep container, begin to beat with a mixer or whisk, gradually adding sugar. Beat white. Add 100 g of softened butter, mix until smooth. Add sour cream with vanilla while continuing to whisk. In a separate bowl, sift the flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the flour mixture in parts to the batter, gently stirring with a spatula.

3

We put baking paper in the form (I have a shape of about 24 by 30 cm) and pour the dough with a thin layer, distributing it evenly. Put in the oven until cooked, for about 7-9 minutes.

4

At this time, prepare the chocolate layer. We do all the same steps: beat eggs with sugar, add butter, sour cream. Sift the flour with cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix in the dough.

5

When the vanilla layer is ready, remove it from the mold along with the parchment, lay a new parchment, pour out the chocolate dough and put it in the oven. At this time we make the cream: beat the softened butter with condensed milk.

6

We get the finished chocolate layer, but do not turn off the oven. Cut out the circles from the vanilla layer (in my case, 12 circles turn out), we do the same with the chocolate layer. Put the scraps in the molds and send to the oven for 5 minutes to dry. We take them out of the oven and grind into a small crumb blender.

7

Soak each vanilla circle 1 tbsp. milk. We collect the cake: plentifully smear the vanilla circle with cream, press on top with a chocolate layer; grease the sides with cream and roll them in crumbs from the cake; last grease the top of the cake and sprinkle it with crumbs. Cool the cakes in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
