    • 500 g of chicken;
    • 1 avocado;
    • 100 g of strawberries;
    • juice of 1/2 lemon;
    • 3 tbsp. l cream
    • 1 tbsp. l sour cream;
    • 1 tbsp. l ketchup;
    • lettuce;
    • 1 tsp Sahara;
    • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
    • 1 tbsp. l almond petals;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste;
    • cooking oil for frying.

Rinse the chicken in cool running water. Dry with a paper towel. Cut into thin strips across the fibers. Heat vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) in a pan. Put chopped chicken on it. Salt and pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Put the finished chicken on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cool the meat.

Rinse the strawberries in plenty of cool water. Remove the stalks. Cut the fruits into quarters.

Wash Avocados. After making deep incisions round the fetus, divide into two parts and remove the stone. Peel the avocado. This should not be done in advance, since the fruit will be slippery and it will be difficult for you to divide it into two halves. Cut avocado pulp into thin slices of small size. Put in a bowl and sprinkle liberally with lemon juice so that the product does not darken.

To prepare salad dressing, whip the cream with a mixer. Carefully introduce sour cream and ketchup into them. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
