The dough should not be too steep, but also not sticking to your hands. Form a ball from it, put in a bowl, cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 2 hours. During this time, you need to knead the dough 3 times.

During the raising of the dough, prepare the filling for the pies. To do this, boil 400 grams of pork with one whole onion and two bay leaves. While the meat is being cooked, spacer in vegetable oil until golden onion, one finely chopped onion.

Cool the prepared meat a little, cut and pass through the meat grinder along with the boiled onion. It will give the meat filling a special juiciness.

Roll and form a long tourniquet from the dough. Cut it into identical pieces and roll them into balls. Sculpt the pellets from the balls. If it is more convenient for you, you can use a rolling pin. In the middle of each cake, put the prepared meat filling and cover the edges.

Place the pies on a baking sheet with the seam down. And leave to proof for 15 minutes. At this time, warm the oven to 180 degrees C.

Put the cakes to bake for 30-40 minutes. As soon as they brown, remove from the oven and place on a dish covered with a towel.
