You will need
- - 250 g flour
- - 120 g of oil
- - marmalade
- - 2 eggs
- - 120 g nuts
- - 120 g sugar
- - 2 tbsp. l milk

Before preparing the dough, place the butter in a warm place so that it becomes soft. Sift flour, add oil and 1 egg into it, knead the dough, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The dough should be soft and not sticky.

Roll out the dough into a medium-thick layer, put it on a dry baking sheet, put in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 20 minutes, remove, cool, spread with marmalade.

Grind the nuts in a blender (it only takes a few seconds, they should not be too small) or chop finely. Mix nuts, sugar, egg, milk, spread on top of marmalade, put in the oven for another 15 minutes.

Remove the cookies from the oven, cut into small sticks, let cool. Dessert is ready!
Useful advice
Remove the pan from the oven when the nuts turn golden.
