A salad decorated like a cockerel or a chicken is perfect for the New Year's table. For the manufacture of jewelry, finely chopped protein or yolk of a boiled egg, multi-colored bell pepper for beak, scallop and tail and greens are used.

Finely chopped boiled meat into cubes or small cubes. Peel vegetables and greens. Rinse the mushrooms and chop with a knife. Finely chop the peeled onion and send together with the mushrooms to a frying pan for frying until the onion is golden brown. Grate the cheese.

Boil chicken eggs for at least 10 minutes. Peel 2 eggs and chop finely. Cut one half of the egg into round slices, grind the rest with a grater. This can be used to decorate the salad.

We collect the salad. Combine chicken, mushrooms with onions, cheese, boiled eggs and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add salt. Ground pepper and mix. We put lettuce or other greens on the dish, form a cockerel figure from the resulting mixture.

Decorate with boiled finely chopped eggs. The beak and scallop should be cut from red bell pepper. From yellow and green peppers lay out a beautiful cock tail.
Useful advice
• Boiled chicken can be replaced with smoked and even fried.
• For salad in the year of the Fire Rooster, an exception can be made, and the chicken should be replaced with beef or veal.
