  • - pure water (2.5 cups);

  • –Sugar and salt to taste;

  • - instant yeast (15 g);

  • –– paprika to taste;

Instruction manual

1

Make dough for future pancakes. Take a deep container, add warm water, in which you should gradually dissolve the yeast. Put a little sugar in the yeast water and mix well. A small amount of foam should form on the surface of the mixture. Enter the flour gradually, not forgetting to stir, so that no lumps form. Salt to taste. Leave the dough to infuse for a while in a warm place.

2

While the dough is infused, take the onion, peel and chop in the form of small cubes. In a deep frying pan, heat a small amount of vegetable oil, transfer the onions. Lovers of spicy foods can add grated garlic. Next, onion must be salt and season with paprika. Cook the onion until soft for about 4-6 minutes, then put the onion mixture in a separate cup and let it cool completely.

3

Gently insert the fried onions into the finished dough and mix thoroughly until smooth. Again, let the dough stand for about 5-7 minutes.

4

Pour a couple of spoons of dough into a heated pan, evenly distribute and bake on each side until golden brown. Fold the finished pancakes on top of each other on a flat plate.

note

Pancakes, if desired, can be heated, while they do not lose either their appearance or taste.
