Ingredients:

  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs;

  • Sweet cream butter - 50 g;

  • Apple or grape vinegar - 4 g;

  • Mineral water (sparkling) - 125 g;

  • Sweet cream butter - 80 g;

  • Fine-ground salt, iodized - 3 g;

  • Suluguni cheese or well-salted home-made cottage cheese - 150 g.

Cooking:

  1. In a glass bowl, break into the lay chicken eggs. Beat them with a whisk or mixer. You should get a yellowish egg mass.

  2. Pour milk to beaten eggs (necessarily warm, but not hot). Continue whipping with a mixer.

  7. Melt sweet cream butter in a large diameter skillet with high sides (preferably with non-stick coating).

  8. When the butter has completely melted, pour the cooked dough into a hot pan. Spatula spread it in an even layer on the pan. Fry for 12 minutes over medium heat.

  9. Gently, using two spatulas (preferably wide), turn the cake over. And fry another 12 minutes.

  10. Transfer the finished cake to a suitable dish, cut and eat hot.
