Chicken cutlets are a tasty and dietary dish, especially if you do not fry it in oil, but cook it for a couple or bake in the oven. But not all housewives love to cook chicken cutlets due to the fact that the round meat is too dry. In fact, if you find the right recipe, the dish will come out very tender and will appeal to children and adults.

  • - 400 g of minced chicken;

  • - 1 chicken egg;

  • - 2 tbsp. l decoys;

Cut the onion as small as possible, add to the minced meat, beat the egg there, salt and pepper the ingredients. Stir the food thoroughly to make a homogeneous mass. Put the workpiece in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

Wash the pepper, cut it into small cubes. Rinse the cucumber with water, remove the inedible parts from the vegetable, grate on a fine grater.

Pull the plate with minced meat from the refrigerator, pour semolina there, put the prepared vegetables, mix. Let the minced meat stand for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells.

When time is up, you can start cooking chicken cutlets. They are allowed to be fried in a pan, baked in the oven and steamed. The latter option is very good for children; cutlets are juicy and tender. The cooking time for minced chicken cutlets will vary depending on the cooking method. Steamed and in the oven, the dish is cooked for about 20 minutes.

It is recommended to form chicken cutlets with wet hands so that the stuffing does not stick to the palms. If desired, the round meat can be rolled in flour or breadcrumbs, then when frying in a pan a cuttier crust will appear in the pan.
