In a mixing bowl, place cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla paste, eggs and flour. Mix everything thoroughly. Check that there are no lumps in the flour.

Add sunflower and butter to the food processor or mixer (should be at room temperature). Add all two types of sugar. Beat until everything forms into a homogeneous mass.

After you have finished mixing all the ingredients, combine them with the ingredients from the mixing bowl and place them in silicone baking dishes.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake everything for 20 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a teaspoon or fork. After 20 minutes, remove the muffins from the oven and let cool.
