Leave for 12 hours at room temperature. Put the prepared sourdough in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Sourdough for the preparation of kefir is ready.

Kefir. Heat sterilized milk to 40 degrees. Add 2 tablespoons of sourdough. Mix thoroughly and fill in a thermos. Wait 7 hours and the kefir is ready.

Useful advice

Drink yogurt of your own preparation for 2 days, longer to keep such kefir dangerous.

After cooking, be sure to refrigerate any kefir to complete the fermentation process.
