Snack sandwiches with canned fish at the heart - a lifesaver for all time. The recipe is quite flexible, because it allows you to use the remains of cheese, bread, herbs and any available canned fish.   • • Boiled chicken egg 2-3 pcs.

  • • Chives - 30-40 gr.

  • • Cheese (hard or processed) - 150 gr.

  • • Garlic clove - 1-2 pcs.

  • • Baguette - 1 pc.

  • • Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l

  • • Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) - to taste

  • • Salt - to taste

  • • Ground pepper (black, white) - a pinch

Cut the baguette into portions and lightly fry in a pan on both sides. Set the prepared bread aside to cool slightly.

While the baguette is cooling, prepare the filling for the sandwiches. To do this, put the contents of a can of fish cans in a bowl and carefully mash with a fork. If you use tuna, you can not drain the juice. If you decide to cook saury in oil, then it is better to add the oil to the filling, it will turn out to be more satisfying.

Cheese, boiled eggs are rubbed on a fine grater. Washed and dried greens (onions, parsley and dill) are finely chopped with a knife. In a bowl combine crushed fish, herbs, boiled eggs, mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Ground pepper and salt are added to taste.

Baking paper is placed on a baking sheet. A thin layer of mayonnaise grease each slice of baguette and lay out the filling. From above, each piece is sprinkled with richly grated cheese and sent to a preheated oven. The temperature in the oven should be approximately 180-200 degrees. Bake sandwiches with canned fish for about 15-20 minutes.
