Ingredients:

- flour - 930 grams;

- kefir - 500 ml;

- yeast ("live") - 20 grams;

- milk - 20 ml;

- water - 50 ml;

- eggs - 1 piece;

- sugar (regular) - 150 grams;

- confectionery sugar - 30 grams;

- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;

- butter - 50 grams;

- salt - 0.5 teaspoon.

Yeast must be thoroughly ground with 50 grams of sugar. The resulting mixture must be poured with warm water and put in a dry place for 20 minutes. Kefir should be heated, then add melted butter, 100 grams of sugar, salt and one egg to it. This mass should be slightly beaten with a mixer and pour to yeast. After that, it is necessary to make the dough from the kefir mixture, portioning flour into it. Future baking should be put in a warm place for about 2 hours.

Several small rolls of any shape should be fashioned from the risen dough. They must be laid out on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, covered with a towel and left for 30 minutes.

Beat milk with one egg. With this mixture you need to grease the surface of the buns, then sprinkle them with confectionery sugar.

The dish should be baked in the oven, heated to 200 ° C, for about 20 minutes. The treat should be covered with a golden brown.

Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients:

- kefir - 1.5 cups;

- yeast (dry) - 2.5 tablespoons;

- flour - 550 grams;

- cinnamon (ground) - 1.5 teaspoons;

- water - 60 ml;

- vegetable oil - 0.5 cups;

- butter - 100 grams;

- white sugar - 3 tablespoons;

- brown sugar - 300 grams;

- salt - 1-2 pinches;

- soda - 1.5 grams.

Yeast and white sugar must be diluted in warm water. This mixture must be put in a dry place for 10 minutes, so that it fermented. After that, vegetable oil and pre-warmed kefir should be added to the yeast. The resulting mass must be mixed with flour, salt and soda. It should turn out to be a non-solid dough that must be covered with a towel and left for 15 minutes. Next, future baking needs to be rolled out with a rolling pin.

In a separate container, mix cinnamon, butter and brown sugar. This mass must be laid out on rolled dough, which then must be wrapped in a roll, tightly closing the seam. The resulting lump must be cut into several parts, giving them the shape of buns. The dough should be refrigerated overnight, then put on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
