Many shop yogurts are filled with chemistry and it is difficult for us to choose natural. At home, you can easily prepare a drinking and healthy product in just a day.

We need any milk whose fat content should not exceed 3%. Necessarily milk should be fresh and before cooking it needs to be slightly warmed up. The temperature of milk should not exceed room temperature. So bifidobacteria will easily develop in a warm environment. And your yogurt will cook faster and better.

To prepare home-made drinking yogurt, you can buy special bifidobacteria at the pharmacy. But we can just buy yogurt in any store, which should also contain bifidobacteria. Of course, yogurt must be taken fresh.

In a half-liter jar, we pour the prepared milk and add yogurt. Mix thoroughly and close the jar with a capron lid. We wrap the jar with this composition with a warm towel and put in a warm place for a day.

If you prepared the product in the morning, then the next morning your drinking yogurt will be ready. You can add sugar, berries or fruits to your taste.
