- - 4 tbsp. l mashed blackcurrant jam;

Pour the gelatin into a deep container, fill it with warm, but not hot, filtered water and leave it to swell for about half an hour.

After this time, put the swollen gelatin on a small fire, bring to a boil, constantly stirring with a spoon. Set aside completely dissolved gelatin and add currant jam to it in small portions.

Stir thoroughly, filter through a sieve and pour into silicone molds. Put the jelly molds in the refrigerator for several hours. After a certain period of time, we take out the jelly, put it on a plate and the whole family enjoy the rich taste of blackcurrant jelly.
