You will need
- - 600g pork ribs
- - 5 large potatoes
- - 3 onions
- - 1.5 tbsp red pepper
- - 2 bay leaves
- - vegetable oil
- - salt and spices

Chop the ribs into small pieces and pat dry with a napkin. Heat the vegetable oil and fry in it for 5 minutes on both sides.

Spasseruyte finely chopped onions, add sweet ground pepper, bay leaf and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Cut the potatoes into large quarters, salt and sprinkle with black pepper. Fry lightly in a preheated skillet with fat.

Gently mix the onions, pork and potatoes, put everything in a pan, sprinkle with finely chopped onions on top and pour in the hot broth.

After boiling, put the pan in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Stew there until ready for about 40 minutes.
