Although fried shrimp have a higher calorie content than boiled shrimps, you can use a variety of ingredients and seasonings to cook them in a pan. Thanks to the latter, it will be possible to create various dishes that differ in taste and aroma.

King prawns in herbs and white wine
To prepare such a dish you will need:
- 1 kg of king prawns;
- lemon;
- 150 ml of dry white wine;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, basil, coriander;
- sea salt to taste.
Defrost shrimp at room temperature. Fold in a deep cup, sprinkle with herbs, salt and mix. Pour with white wine and leave to marinate for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. After the set time, put them in a pan with warmed olive oil and fry over high heat for 7 minutes. At the end, pour lemon juice and serve with white wine.
Shrimp in Soy Sauce
Ingredients per 1 kg king prawns:
- 100 g butter;
- 100 ml of soy sauce;
- lime;
- sea salt to taste.
Put the thawed shrimp in a pan with melted butter and fry over high heat for 3 minutes. In doing so, constantly turn them over. Then add soy sauce and sea salt, make medium heat and cook the shrimp for another 4 minutes under the lid, stirring occasionally. Put the finished seafood on a flat plate and decorate with lime slices.
King prawns with lemon and garlic
To prepare such a dish you must:
- 1 kg of shrimp;
- 1 lemon;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- salt to taste.
Peel and chop the garlic. Sauté them for 2 minutes in olive oil, then discard. In the same pan, place the thawed shrimp and cook them over high heat for 5 minutes. At the end, add salt to taste, pour lemon juice, mix, simmer for a few more seconds and remove from heat.
