Mix eggs and flour. Add salt and pepper to the mixture. Cut zucchini into thin circles, dip in batter and fry in well-heated vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Grind the garlic, finely chop the dill and mix with mayonnaise. Cut tomatoes into thin layers. Spread the zucchini fried in batter with mayonnaise, lay the tomatoes on top.

Combine flour, eggs, sour cream, salt and chopped herbs in a deep cup. Squash batter should be as thick as sour cream. Zucchini peel and seeds, cut into thin rings. Roll zucchini in batter, fry in well-heated vegetable oil, transfer to a plate.
