To prepare a healthy dinner, we need boiled chicken breast, so we take the meat, rinse it thoroughly and put it in a pan. Pour water into the pan so that it covers the meat, set on fire. Salt water, add some spices. When the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the breast until tender.

Curd should not be completely fat free. Such cottage cheese will not do you any good. The best option is 5% fat.

Chicken breast broth can not be poured, but used in other recipes or as an independent dish. Optionally, add a spoonful of low-calorie sour cream.
