You will need
- - zucchini - 1 kg;
- - minced meat - 500 g;
- - onion - 200 g;
- - tomato paste or ketchup - 5 tablespoons;
- - cheese - 150 g;
- - pepper;

Peel and finely chop the onions. Put chopped onions in a pan with oil and fry. Then add minced meat to it. Stuffed casserole can be used as you wish. Mix thoroughly and cook for 7 minutes. After the time has passed, add tomato paste or ketchup, as well as salt and pepper. Fry the resulting mass for another 5-7 minutes.

With zucchini, do the following: remove the peel and cut into circles, the thickness of which should not exceed 5 millimeters.

Grease a baking dish with oil. Put on it with the first layer a third of chopped zucchini and lightly season them with salt. Next, lay half the stuffing mixture. Then again the zucchini, and then the remnants of the stuffing. The final layer should lie zucchini.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the casserole. The oven should be heated to a temperature of 180 degrees, after which bake the dish in it for 35 minutes. Casserole with zucchini and minced meat is ready!
