- - 20 g butter
- - 40 g of vegetable oil
- - 5 cloves of garlic

First take the potatoes, wash, peel and cut into quarters.

Take a pan, put it on the fire, add salt. When the water boils, add the potatoes. And cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, drain the water and rinse the potatoes well.

Melt the butter, mix it with the vegetable oil, add thyme, sweet red pepper and garlic.

Put the potatoes on parchment paper and pour the mixture of butter and seasoning on top. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Bake when golden crust appears.
