Ingredients:

- mayonnaise.

Peel the sausage cheese from the skin and grate it on a fine grater. Hard boil the eggs, cool in ice water, free from the shell and rub with a fork. Slice the ham or sausage into small cubes. Elegant appetizer on crackers with salmon and cheese cream

Ingredients:

- 25-30 crackers;

- 200 g of slightly salted salmon or trout;

- 200 g of creamy or curd cheese;

- 2 branches of dill;

- 2-3 leaves of green salad;

- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper.

Cook an appetizer on crackers just before serving, as cookies soak quickly.

- 1 small head of red onion;

- 1 clove of garlic;

- a pinch of ground black pepper;

- 0.5 tsp salts;

- 10 g of parsley or dill;

- vegetable oil.

Chop the peeled onions and garlic and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Add coarsely chopped champignons, pepper, salt and cook for 5-7 minutes. Cool the fry, combine it with cheese, sour cream, herbs and grind in a blender until smooth. Form slides of creamy mushroom filling on crackers and plant on each pair of honey mushrooms.

Cracker Vegetarian Appetizer

Ingredients:

- 20 crackers;

- 1 ripe avocado;

- 10 cherry tomatoes;

- 2 tbsp lemon juice;

- 1/3 tsp salt.

Cut the peel from the avocado, remove the stone and mash the pulp of the fruit in a blender. Pour the lemon juice in the puree so that it does not turn brown, salt and mix. Distribute it among crackers, cover with halves of cherry tomatoes and a little pressure.
