You will need

  • - 150 g of minced pork;

  • - 1 cup finely chopped Chinese cabbage;

  • - green onions;

  • - 1 clove of garlic;

  • - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce;

  • - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil;

  • - 1/2 teaspoon icing sugar;

  • - a pinch of ground white pepper;

  • - finished dough for geza;

  • - 2 teaspoons peanut butter;

  • - 1/4 cup of water.

Instruction manual

1

Chop Chinese cabbage and green onion into small pieces. Peel and crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife. Combine minced pork, cabbage, onions and garlic, add soy sauce, sesame oil, powdered sugar and pepper.

2

It is quite difficult to prepare the dough for the geza; therefore, it is much more convenient to use the semi-finished product, especially since it is not so difficult to find in the store. Lay out the pieces of dough for geza on a clean work surface and roll it slightly. Put a tablespoon of the toppings on each soak. Lubricate the edges of the cakes with a little water. Fold in half and with your fingertips, make along the edge of the fold 4 - 5 times.

3

Heat peanut butter in a large skillet over high heat. Put the geza dumplings in it and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Pour water into the pan and cook the dish for about 3-4 minutes. During this time, the water should evaporate.

4

Remove the pan from the heat, cover the cookware with a lid and let the geza go for about 2 minutes. Put the dumplings on the dish. Serve right away with soy sauce.
