So, first you need to make a dough for the future berry pie. Mix in one cup ingredients such as flour, baking powder for dough, salt, quenched soda, and nutmeg. Mix everything thoroughly. Then in another bowl combine sherry and orange juice. Take another bowl and beat in it 200 grams of butter and sugar. After the mixture is beaten, add eggs to it and mix everything. Add sherry mixed with orange juice there, but not immediately, but gradually, that is, in 2 divided doses. It remains to connect everything with a mass of flour. Pour it gently, while stirring constantly. Now knead the dough.

The form in which you will bake the cake must be greased with butter. On the greased surface of the form, lay the resulting dough, and on it, respectively, berries. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send the pie into it for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes have passed, reduce the temperature of the oven from 200 degrees to 170. Remove the cake and grease it with butter. Then sprinkle powdered sugar on its surface and set it to bake again, only for a quarter of an hour. After the time has passed, remove the baking and let it cool. Sherry berry pie is ready!
