A product like cottage cheese goes well with many fruits. Therefore, I suggest making a pie out of it, for example, with apples. The dish will be very tender, tasty and healthy.

Instruction manual
1
Put the following in free dishes: creamy margarine, flour, cold water, as well as eggs and salt. Mix these ingredients thoroughly with each other, and then knead the dough.
2
With apples, do this: rinse thoroughly, dry, and then carefully remove the core from each. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and put on a pre-prepared baking dish. Then place the fruit on it.
3
Wash the raisins and peel the walnuts. Combine these ingredients, and then chop with a knife. Put the resulting mass into the cut out center of the apples, tamping slightly.
4
It's time to make curd dough. To do this, mix granulated sugar and sour cream. Beat well, then add the following ingredients to this mixture: eggs and semolina. Shuffle. Combine the resulting mass with the curd rubbed through a sieve. Whisk again.
5
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. In the meantime, place the resulting curd mass in a baking dish between stuffed apples. Send as baked for about 50 minutes. The curd dough should be well baked. Apple-curd pie is ready!
