Adjika is a traditional Abkhazian dish, which is a spicy sauce of vegetables and seasonings. From the Abkhaz language adjika is translated as "salt". Adzhika is also a Georgian dish.

To make adjika you will need: 1.5 kg of zucchini, 900 g of tomatoes, 250 g of carrots, 250 g of bell pepper, 50 g of granulated sugar, 80 ml of table vinegar, 100 ml of sunflower oil, 1 tbsp. l ground red pepper, 2 heads of garlic, 1 tbsp. l salt.
