We cut the seaweed into small strips, if it is small, then you do not need to cut it. We shift the cabbage into a colander and wait until all the liquid has drained.

Boil the eggs for seven minutes. Instead of chicken, you can take quail eggs, the time for cooking quail eggs is five minutes. We cool the boiled eggs (we dip them in cold water, so they cool faster), peel and cut into slices or large cubes.

Cut crab sticks into thin strips or cubes (whoever wants to). Peel the cucumber and cut into thin cubes. Drain the liquid from canned corn.

All the ingredients for the salad are divided equally, into as many parts as there are portion plates. On each plate we spread a portion of corn and cucumber. In the middle, a portion of seaweed, in which we make a recess. We spread a portion of crab sticks and eggs on cabbage. We decorate the salad with mayonnaise (preferably if it is homemade) or sour cream. Do not forget about parsley branches. Salad served on the table.
