Goulash is a delicious meat dish from Hungary. Shepherds prepared it to warm themselves and restore strength. The longer the meat was stewed with vegetables, the tastier the goulash became.

You will need
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 small onions;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - 900 gr. diced pork;
- - 3 teaspoons of paprika;
- - salt to taste;
- - 1.3 liters of water;
- - 2 tablespoons with a slide of tomato paste;
- - 3 teaspoons of dried marjoram;
- - 2 teaspoons of caraway seeds;
- - half a teaspoon of black pepper;
- - 3 medium-sized potatoes.

In olive oil, fry finely chopped onions until transparent.

Add chopped garlic to it, fry for 2 minutes.

Put the diced pork into the pan. Stir and fry until pork changes color.

Add paprika and salt. Mix and pour water.

Bring the broth to a boil and put in the pan all the remaining ingredients except the potatoes.

Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes, add the chopped potatoes in small pieces and cook for another 20 minutes.
