  • - 2 cucumbers;

  • - 60 ml of olive oil;

  • - 40 ml of peanut butter;

  • - 20 ml of lemon juice;

  • - 1 tsp poppy;

  • - 1/3 tsp ground black pepper and salt;
  • For carrot salad:

  • - 2 large carrots;

  • - 1 celery root;

  • - half a lemon;

  • - 100 g of small raisins;

  • - 5-6 pieces of dried apricots;

  • - 2 tangerines;

  • - 120 g of natural yogurt;

  • - 50 g of liquid honey;

  • - 5 walnuts;

  • - 30 g of peeled pumpkin seeds;

  • - 15 g of sesame seeds;
  • For beetroot salad:

  • - 2 large beets;

  • - 1 orange;

  • - half a lemon;

  • - 4 sprigs of parsley;

  • - 40 g of sugar;

  • - 40 ml of vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar;

Vitamin Salad with White Cabbage

Wash all vegetables and pat dry. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into halves, and then crosswise into half circles. Shred cabbage leaves. Cut the carrots into strips or grate on a coarse grater. Grind dill.

Combine all salad ingredients in a deep plate, season with vegetable oil, salt and mix well. Allow a healthy snack to brew for at least half an hour.

Red cabbage salad

Pour the walnuts into a sturdy bag and walk on it with a rolling pin or grind the kernels in a coffee grinder. Thinly cut red cabbage, remember it a little with a spoon or hands to give juice, and mix with nut crumbs.

Cut the thick stems from the branches of greenery, chop it finely with onions and shift to the bulk of the salad. Add a handful of currant berries there, stir everything thoroughly, season with oil, salt and leave for half an hour.

Strawberry Salad with Avocado

Useful advice

Wilted greens can be revived by dropping it in a glass of water with 20 ml of vinegar dissolved in it.
