You will need
1 kilogram of white cabbage, 2 tomatoes, 4 carrots, 3 small onions, 1 celery root, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 cup of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of tomato, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt.

Boil a saucepan of water, add salt. Peel the cabbage, cut the stalk, dip in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove the cabbage from the water, cool and disassemble into separate leaves.

Pour the tomatoes over boiling water, remove the peel and cut into cubes. Peel the carrots and onions, chop lightly. Finely chop the greens and celery root.

Stir the tomatoes with carrots, onions, dill and celery. On the leaves of cabbage, lay the minced meat and tightly wrap.

Fry the cabbage rolls for 2-3 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil and put in a pan.

Mix sour cream with tomato paste, salt and pour cabbage rolls

Cover the saucepan with cabbage rolls and simmer for 30-40 minutes over low heat.
