The next step is to boil the fillet. Cook it in salted water until cooked. Pour the broth is not worth it - it will come in handy later. Pass the meat through a meat grinder. Now you need to chop and fry two onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil.

Stir the minced chicken with onions and mushrooms and, if necessary, salt and pepper. Chop the dill and parsley, toss them into the filling and mix. Prepare caramelized onions: chop the two remaining onions in half rings, fry in butter and simmer for 15-20 minutes over low heat. The onion should become viscous and darken.

Next, you need to mold the dumplings and put the stuffing in them. How much should it be? It depends on the size of the dumplings. The last step in cooking - boil them in boiling water for about ten minutes. Serve to the table, garnishing the product with caramelized onions.
