Let the apricots boil, then mix and let it boil two more times, mix each time. Then remove the jam basin from the heat, drive the foam to the center and carefully remove it.

In the hot jam, add the remaining 500 grams of sugar, mix, cover with gauze and leave to cool. After 3 hours, put the jam on the fire and repeat the boiling and stirring procedure again. After the 3rd boiling, add the kernel kernels to the jam and boil for five minutes, remove the foam.
