- cottage cheese 1% - 250 g;
- apples - 5 pieces;
- raisins;
- nuts
- cinnamon;
- honey.

Wash the apples, peel and simmer in a saucepan over low heat until completely softened for 15-20 minutes. At the very end, add honey, raisins and nuts.

When the finished apples have cooled, beat them with cottage cheese in a blender until a homogeneous air mass.

Immerse the resulting mass in a mold and bake in the oven at 220 degrees until cooked for 20-30 minutes.
