With butter, do the following: pass it through a medium-sized grater, then combine with an ingredient such as cottage cheese. Then pour baking powder into the mixture, that is, a baking powder for the dough, a pinch of salt and wheat flour. Mix everything thoroughly, knead a homogeneous dough.

For convenience, divide the curd dough into 2 parts. Turn one of them into a flat layer with a thickness of 3 millimeters. Now cut circles out of it using round-necked dishes. Do the same with the second piece of dough.

Dip the cut circles into granulated sugar on one side. Bend the circle first in half so that the sugar side is inside. Then dip one of its sides again in sugar and fold it twice more in exactly the same way. As a result, you will get the shape of the future Ears cottage cheese cookies.

Dip the figures formed from the dough in granulated sugar and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper so that the sugar is on top. Send the cookies to the oven and cook them at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
