for the second layer (cottage cheese-banana):

- banana - 1 pc;

- cottage cheese - 200 g (1 pack);

- sugar - 3-4 tablespoons;

- eggs - 2 pcs;

- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

First layer (dough on kefir)

Pour kefir into a deep dish, add butter, egg, sugar, salt and soda, quenched with vinegar. To stir thoroughly. Pour flour into a separate bowl and pour the prepared mixture into flour, then mix thoroughly. The dough should be of moderate consistency: not liquid, but also not very steep. The spoon should be cranked hard enough. If the dough turned out to be very thick, you can add a little kefir to it, if on the contrary - liquid, add flour. Grease the baking dish with oil and pour the finished dough into the mold. If desired, chopped nuts, raisins, dried apricots can be added to the dough, depending on preferences.
