Although the main ingredient in this dish is cottage cheese, its taste in the final product is completely not felt. Only one light and airy cupcake is prepared in this recipe, but you can multiply all the ingredients by the number of items you want to get in the end.

You will need

  • sugar - 250 g;

  • cottage cheese - 250 g;

  • eggs - 4 pcs;

  • baking powder - 1.2 tsp;

  • Wheat flour;

  • vanillin and nutella;

  • butter - 170 g.

Mix the eggs with sugar and beat the mixture well with a fork, whisk or mixer into the foam. Add the cottage cheese, melted butter, baking powder and vanilla, passed through the meat grinder.

Pour in small portions as much flour as will be enough to form a dough. Then knead the mass, gradually forming the notorious dough, and then cover it with something, leaving it to stand for 20 minutes.

After the allotted time, put it in a square or round cupcake shape. If there are no forms, you can use a regular frying pan. Preheat the oven to 180 oC and place the cupcake there, bake for half an hour.

Having taken out the cottage cheese cake, cool it and remove it from the mold. Pour the product on top with nutella, cream, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with coffee, tea or compote. On this, the preparation of the curd cake with nutella can be considered finished.
