Almost everyone likes cottage cheese dough, but forming products from it is not always easy.

In order to make the dough homogeneous, you need to wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in another way convenient for you. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with sugar well, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream there (the higher the fat content, the better) and pour a pinch of salt.

10-12 tablespoons of flour (or maybe a little more, it depends on the consistency of cottage cheese, on the size of the eggs) mix with soda and gradually introduce into the curd mass, knead well. Form the resulting mass into a sausage (as for dumplings) with a diameter of about 1.5 centimeters and cut into small pieces 2 - 2.5 centimeters long.

Pour refined sunflower oil into a deep dish of small diameter, heat it well and carefully lower the sliced ​​cakes of cottage cheese dough we have made (note that the pieces of dough increase in volume). When the dough is browned, remove the bars and put on a plate covered with 2-3 paper towels in order to remove excess oil. When serving, put the bars on a dish with a slide and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Curd bars are very good with cocoa.
