You will need
- - 1.5 kg of beef
- - 1 lemon
- - 5 small pears
- - vegetable oil
- - 2 tbsp. l honey
- - ground black pepper
- - fresh greens
- - 2 medium sized onions

Pour the lemon with hot water and squeeze the juice out of it. Pour 2 liters of water into the pan and bring to a boil. Add lemon juice and pears, previously cut into 4 parts. Cook pears for 3-5 minutes.

Beat the meat, cut into small cubes, salt, pepper and roll each slice in the flour. Fry the meat in vegetable or olive oil until golden brown.

In the process of frying meat, add crushed onions to the contents of the pan, pour honey diluted in water and simmer for one hour over low heat.

Put the meat in a baking dish, pre-greased with vegetable oil, add pears. Stew the dish for 30 minutes in the oven. Before serving, garnish the pieces of beef with a sprig of parsley or finely chopped green onions.
