Tuna is one of the few fish that do not lose their beneficial properties during canning.

You will need

    • For the recipe:
    • puff pastry (200 g);
    • tomatoes (6 pcs.);
    • cheese (50 g).
    • For the sauce:
    • butter (50 g);
    • onions (1 pc.);
    • flour (2 tablespoons);
    • milk (2 tbsp.);
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper;
    • mustard (1/2 tsp);
    • cheese (180 g);
    • tuna (400 g).

To start, prepare the sauce. Put the pan on the fire. Put the butter.

Take onions, peel and rinse.

Put the onions in a pan and sauté them for five minutes until golden brown.
