You will need:

- semolina - 4-6 tablespoons;

- sunflower oil;

We put the canned food with the oil in a bowl, knead it with a fork until smooth, add the eggs and mix thoroughly. Add semolina in small portions and knead, leave for 10-15 minutes to swell semolina. You will need:

For 2 liters of finished soup

- potatoes - 3 pcs;

- carrots - 1 pc;

- onion - 1 pc;

- canned food - 1 can;

- sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.

In boiling water, add diced potatoes. Rub the carrots on a fine grater, finely chop the onion, simmer for 2–3 minutes and pour into a saucepan. Pour semolina in a thin stream, stirring continuously. Put canned food (any suit) into the soup (you can use it with the liquid), boil for 3-4 minutes, add salt and spices if necessary. Turn off the stove and leave to insist for 15-20 minutes under a closed lid. Before serving, you can sprinkle with fresh herbs.
