"Bear" is a childhood cake. A lot of people made such cakes for children's parties. It turns out to be moderately wet, tasty, tender and tastes good. Cooking takes a minimum of time.

- - 650 ml sour cream
- - 1 bag of vanillin
- - 750 g flour
- - baking powder
- - 4 tbsp. l cocoa powder
- - 75 g butter

Make a cream. Combine sour cream, vanillin and granulated sugar and mix until smooth.

Cook the dough. Mix 250 ml of sour cream with 250 g of granulated sugar, add baking powder. Divide the mixture into two identical parts. Pour in one piece of cocoa, mix. Then pour 375 g of flour into each part and knead the dough. It should not stick to hands. Divide the dark and light dough into four parts.

Roll each part of the dough very thinly. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. Readiness check with a knife, if it is dry, then you can get it. Bake it seven more times. Cut cooled cakes exactly with a plate. Put the trimmings in the hot but off oven. Let them dry out a little. Grind nuts.

Place the cakes alternating on a plate: black, white and brush with sour cream.

Cook the icing. Mix 2 tbsp. sour cream, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, add butter and put on fire, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Pour the icing onto the cake.

Grind the cuttings of the cakes. Mix nuts and crumbs, decorate the cake. Clean in a cold place for 8-10 hours.
