Pour gelatin into a separate cup and pour a glass of cold water. In this state, leave it for 15-20 minutes, that is, until it swells.

Remove the butter and leave it at room temperature for a while. This is to make it soft. When the butter has softened, add crushed cookies to it. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Put the resulting mixture in a collapsible baking dish. Carefully level it, and then slightly press down. Send in this form in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Poured the swollen gelatin into a saucepan and set on fire. It should be heated until it is completely dissolved. Only in no case bring the mass to a boil.

Combine the following ingredients in one bowl: cottage cheese, powdered sugar, and gelatin. Mix everything well with a mixer and add fruit syrup to this mixture. Stir again.

From a mixture of crushed butter and cookies, cake was made. Put the curd-gelatin mass on it. Carefully level it, then put it in the refrigerator for the whole night. Remove the frozen dish from the mold and decorate to your taste. Cake "Kid-strong" without baking is ready!
