Cut the pumpkin, remove the skin and seeds, cut into small pieces. We put the pumpkin in a pan, pour milk, add 20-30 g of butter and cook over medium heat until half cooked.

Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into cubes and put in a separate pan. On top, apples are covered with sugar. Stew over low heat until the apples are soft.

We shift the pumpkin into a pan with apples, mix and heat together until boiling. Add semolina and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mass thickens, then turn off the gas and leave to cool.

Squirrels are separated from the yolks. Yolks are added to the apple-pumpkin mass, and whites (without sugar) are whipped in a strong foam. Gently stirring, we introduce proteins into the mass for pudding.

We heat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Lubricate the selected baking dish with butter (margarine) and sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs.

We shift the apple-pumpkin mass into a baking sheet and put in the oven. Bake until cooked for about 25-30 minutes. We take out the form from the oven, let the pudding cool down a bit and carefully remove it. Cut the pudding into portions, serve with sour cream to the table.
