General rules
In order for you to get a good dough on kefir, you should remember several rules for its preparation.
- When using soda, it is put in kefir so that it is extinguished by it within 5-10 minutes.
- Yeast is added to flour. Take better fast-acting yeast.
- Before mixing, flour is sifted several times in order to saturate it with oxygen.
Recipe 1
The dough of this recipe has a wonderful delicate texture. It differs in that there are no eggs in it. This only improves its quality.
For this test you will need the ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. kefir
- 1 sachet of high-speed yeast
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 20 ml refined vegetable oil
- 50 g margarine or butter
- a pinch of vanillin
This dough is prepared as follows:
- We must take warm kefir. Add to it vegetable oil and margarine (melt), sugar, salt, vanillin. Stir everything well.
- Mix the yeast with flour and pour in portions into the mass. It should get a fairly soft base.
- Clean in a warm place for 30-60 minutes. It can be used for its intended purpose.
Recipe 2
Kefir dough can be made liquid. This dough is ideal for two-layer pies, when the filling is filled with dough.
For batter you will need:
- 400 ml kefir
- 1 egg
- 150-170 g flour
- 0.5 tsp soda
- a pinch of salt
Preparation of the test:
Put soda in warm kefir. Let the kefir stand for about 10 minutes. Drive the egg. Mix well and start laying flour, which is good to sift. Stir the dough thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Can be used.
Recipe 3
This dough is prepared on kefir with the addition of margarine or spread. The dough is very tender, soft, holds its shape well. It is better to take kefir acid, so that it well extinguishes the additive from soda.
The following components will be required:
- 3-4 tbsp. wheat flour
- 170 ml of kefir
- 0.5 tbsp. l granulated sugar
- 250 g cream margarine
- 2 egg yolks
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
Preparation of the test:
- Rub chicken yolks thoroughly with sugar, salt and soda. Kefir to heat and pour into the mass of yolks. Stir well.
- Sift flour and combine with baking powder.
- Pour the flour in portions into the mixture. Knead elastic homogeneous dough consistency.
