After that, the dough again needs to be sprinkled with flour, covered with a towel and left for another hour, then, it can be laid out on the table and shaped.

To do this, grind butter until white, mix it with kefir, add a little salt and flour, and then knead the dough. It should be ductile, uniform and not steep. Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
