    • 1.5 cups of milk

    • For oat pancakes:
    • 1 cup oatmeal
    • 2 cups of water
    • 2 eggs,
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 tablespoon refined vegetable oil

    • For frying:
    • 100 g refined vegetable oil.

Yeast dough.

Dilute the yeast in warm water or milk, add flour and knead.

Let the dough rise in a warm place. Then add sugar, salt and vegetable oil, knead, let rise again. Without stirring, take the dough with a spoon, put in a hot pan with butter and fry the pancakes on both sides.

Fast dough.

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, salt, mix. Pour in half a portion of kefir, add soda (quench in vinegar), vegetable oil, flour and whisk to vigorously mix all the components. In the resulting thick dough, gradually add the remaining kefir, constantly mixing so that no lumps form.

The resulting dough is light, creamy, with a consistency close to thick sour cream. Pour the fritters with a tablespoon into a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry on both sides.

Semolina pancakes.

Boil semolina porridge in milk, cool, add yolks, salt, sugar and a spoonful of vegetable oil one at a time. Beat all the ingredients thoroughly, then add the whipped whites to the foam. Mix the dough from top to bottom and bake the pancakes, spreading with a spoon, on a hot, greased frying pan. Fry fritters on both sides.

Oatmeal pancakes.

Cook oatmeal in water, cool, add salt, sugar, yolks, vegetable oil. Mix everything well. Then introduce whipped whites into the resistant foam, mix gently from top to bottom. Bake fritters in oil, spreading with a spoon into a hot pan. Fry until browned. Lenten pancakes from Hercules can be prepared without the addition of eggs.

To pancakes serve sugar, honey, jam, jam or cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar.

Useful advice

Before preparing the dough, the flour must be sieved through a sieve. This procedure will enrich it with oxygen, the dough will rise faster and the pancakes will turn out more magnificent.

If you add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the dough, the pancakes will not stick to the pan.
