You will need
- - 250 g of beef
- - 2-3 carrots
- - 7 pcs. radish
- - 3 eggs
- - 2 pickled cucumbers
- - 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- - 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
- - 2 pinches of nutmeg
- - 2 pinches of curry
- - paprika, salt and pepper to taste
- - lettuce
- - olive oil
Instruction manual

Mix vegetable oil and soy sauce in a small container, mix everything thoroughly and pour into a hot pan, heat the mixture.

Rinse the meat, dry it, put it on a cutting board. Cut the beef for the salad into strips or very small cubes. Put the pieces of meat in a pan and simmer for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Put the meat in a colander or on a paper towel so that the excess oil is glass.

Peel, wash and dry the carrots and radishes. Grate or chop the carrots into small strips, and simply cut the radishes into strips.

Put the eggs in a pan, fill with water, add a pinch of salt and put on fire, cook hard-boiled. Cool the eggs, peel and cut into strips. Cucumbers cut into long and thin cubes.

Pour olive oil into a deep pan, add seasoning, salt and pepper, heat. Put the radish, meat and carrots on the heated oil, fry all 5 minutes. Do not forget to stir.

Rinse the leaves of lettuce, put on a plate, top with fried vegetables and meat, pickled cucumbers, eggs, mix everything a little, pour oil from a frying pan and serve.
