You will need
- - 300 g turkey fillet
- - 200 g of red meat (from the thigh)
- - one small onion and carrot
- - 100 g of rice
- - 1 egg
- - greens (dill, parsley)
- - sour cream, tomato paste
- - salt to taste

After washing the rice, boil it until half cooked. Grind the turkey breast fillet and turkey thigh until smooth in a blender or meat grinder with onion, add rice to the minced meat, mix.

Beat the egg with a fork, chop the dill and parsley, add everything to the minced meat, salt. Mix everything well and form small meatballs with a diameter of approximately 5 cm.

Next, you can cook meatballs in several ways. Option 1 - put the meatballs in a container for a double boiler and cook for 20-25 minutes for a couple. Option 2 - roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan on both sides in vegetable oil for several minutes.

Separately, fry the onions and finely chopped carrots in a pan, then put the meatballs on top of the vegetables and pour one glass of warm water, salt a little. Simmer under the lid until cooked (20-25 minutes). Option 3 - cook as well as the previous one, but pour not with water, but with a mixture of sour cream and tomato paste in the same proportion.

In all cases, meatballs are soft, juicy and very tasty. Ready-made turkey meatballs can be served with rice, buckwheat, pasta, but they are also good as an independent dish.
