To bake beets in the oven, you need to wash the washed but uncleaned beets tightly in foil. Better not in one but in two layers. Put on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven. The temperature should be 180-200 degrees. Beets are baked for an hour and a half. Time depends on the temperature and size of the root crop. Readiness is determined by a wooden skewer or fork.

Useful advice

The beetroot juice squeezed during cooking cutlets do not rush to pour. It is an excellent natural dye for cream creams. If you add beetroot juice to the cream when baking a cake, it will give the cream a pleasant pink color.
